Heart Rate Monitor

The Swim 2 comes with the Elevate heart rate technology measures heart rate at the wrist, 24/7. The heart rate monitor works even when fully-submerged in water. The activity tracker will show your heart rate clearly and in real time as you swim. After swimming the monitor also allows you to check out your average and maximum values during rests. This information can then all be analysed through Garmin Connect.

Pool and Open Water

Whether you’re hitting the pool or the lake the Swim 2 has you covered. Using in-built GPS allows you to train in lakes, oceans and rivers – the tracker will record your distance, pace, stroke count, stroke distance, and SWOLF score to gauge swimming efficiency.
